Info: Cenao, known as 'Halkeye' amoungst co-workers, is the Leader and Head Engineer of the Silver Section of the Bloodweavers. He is well known for creating creatures that are small and fast, especially those encased in metal armours. However, his view on his fellow workers is very tensuous, and for years it has been said that he would be the first to break under the pressures of his work, especially due to a past of psychological illnesses. His species is also unidentified, though rumour has it that he was the first subject of a long-going operation of human/monster merging labelled as "Project Miasma."
