| Recently we have made an addition to our family. His name is Curley Jo, but we call him C.J. because he seems to like it better and to respond to it. He is a rescued poodle...one of 27 animals in an old lady's basement. He had spent two months in an ASPCA shelter when I found him online through Petfinder (you can Google it). My husband drove us over two hundred miles round trip to get him. The photo is what I found online before we fixed him up. He cost a fortune at the vet's and I have clipped him myself so now he is looking much more loved and like a poodle. When we got him he didn't know how to walk on a lease or how to play. Now he does. We all love him dearly as he does us. |
