Fuku:
She wears a gold tiara with a see-through gem. Inside the gem is a blue liquid, when mad or upset it turns purple. Her earring are her symbols hanging down. Her choker is light blue with her symbol hanging of it. Her collar is normal an purple. Her bodice has no shoulders or sleeves. It is blue with a point between the breasts and is like a bowl. There is a strip across the top hem that is purple. Her belt is purple and normal. Her skirt is blue with a light blue stripe across the middle. Her gloves are at her middle of her upper arm and they are pale light blue, there is a small thin stripe around the top. Her shoes are purple boots with blue buckles going up her legs.

She says this and she runs her index finger down her body and she curls up. Then a blue mist comes and covers her, the mist turns into a midnight blue and gets absorbed into her, she then does a quick twist and a back flip making her stand straight up and with her left hand on her hip, feet spread apart and her right hand in a fist with her baton in hand, in front of her chest
Weapons:
Her weapon is a baton. The stick is blue metal, at the ends there are white diamonds with her symbol floating in the middle. Around the bas of these there are a white, purple, white ribbons coming out.
Attacks:
Attack 1: Blue Tidal Wave- she raises her hand up and holds her baton in front of her. She slowly says ' blue tidal' and she slowly floats and gush of wind bows, she whispers 'wave' and a tidal wave goes over her and rushes toward the enemy.
Attack 2: Water Orb- She throws her baton up in the sky, she yells 'water' and it shine bright and makes a large orb, bubble's slowly form around it. She then holds her hands in front of her and jumps up then twirls fast, yelling 'orb' and bubbles fly everywhere.
Attack 3: Crystal Shield- She holds her baton in front of her, then yells ' Crystal Sheild', and the baton bursts, forming a shield around all the senshi.
Attack 4: Healing Mirror- She holds her baton in front of her, she holds it in front of the senshi that needs healing, she then whispers 'healing mirror' and a light shoots out of the baton and reflects to another senshi and heals the wounded senshi.
