***Strong -Lyrics- -*- How does it help you when you hurt me Does it benefit you when you make me bleed Stumbled a bet when I heard your words .....how absurd I'm back again Stronger than before Fighting this war Standing by Christ Caught by surprise when the rock hit my head For what reason is it you want me dead I am not, what you say Why do you acting this way I'm back again Stronger than before Fighting this war Standing by Christ I stand in the back of the frontline Waiting for another one of your punk lines If your gonna spit, you better spit fast Else pull your flag to half-mast Labeled me a bit odd Perhaps you're the outcast -*- Prov. 24:10 "If you falter in times of trouble, how small is your strength!" Phil. 1:13 "I can do everything through him who gives me strength." -As Christian's Christ has given us strength to do all things through him. We will be his people, and he will be our power. When men hurt you and speak wrongly of you, it is usually influenced by satan. Jesus Christ himself says: "Do not be afriad of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prision to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life." - Rev. 2:10 Through strength in the Lord, we can become righteous: Rom. 6:18-25 "Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be" Wighout weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead--since he was about a hundred years old--and that Sarrah's womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. This is why "it was credited to him as righteousness." The words "it was creditied to him" were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness--for us who belive in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification."
