Shortened Qunut:
"allaahumma-ghfir lee yaa ghafoor allahumma salli 'ala sayyidina muhammad wa 'alaa aalihi wa sahbihi wa sallam"
The above fulfilled the 3 requirements for the Fajr Qunut .
So as not to cause fitnah when you are praying with Muslims from other schools , there is no need to raise your hands , nor perform the Sujud Sahwi ( prostration of forgetfullness ) if you omit the Qunut.
