The Dragonballs

Here are the stats on the different Eternal dragons. Both Dragons were made by the Nameks. The Namek Dragon was made by the Nameks on Planet Namek. And the Earth Dragon was made by a Namek On Earth. Pretty obvious don't you think?

  The Earths Eternal Dragon
  All 7 balls have to be collected in order to summon the Dragon
  Wish may be made in any language
  You only have one wish
  Wish cannot exceed the Dragons powers
  Cannot revive a dead person if they have previously been wished back using the Dragonballs.
  They also can't be wished back if they have died by natural causes.
  After the wish has been granted, the Dragonballs return to stone for one year

  The Namek Eternal Dragon
  All 7 balls have to be collected and have to know the password in order to summon the Eternal Dragon
  Wish must be made in Namek
  You have three wishes
  Wish cannot exceed the Dragons powers
  Can revive any dead person unless killed by natural causes
  After making a wish the balls turn to stone for 1 Namek Year(180 days on earth)
