Bobby Militello has been a mainstay of the Buffalo area.  His abilities stretch the boundries of 7 different instruments and his amazing talents demand the best musicians from accross the nation.  His resume reads like a menu, with different styles and tastes all across the board.  His local club "The Tralf" (www.tralf.com) hosts local and national acts alike, from blues and jazz to classical and rock.  He is truely a gift. Buffalonian Militello has been the saxaphone with the Dave Brubeck Quartet for years now.  He has toured with Jazz greats like Phil Woods, Doc Severinson, Chuck Mangionne, Bill Holman, Ken Navarro, Maynard Ferguson and (of course) Dave Brubeck.  He has been a featured soloist with Philharmonic Orchestra's in London, Vienna, Moscow, San Fransisco and here locally in Buffalo.  Milletello's experiences have stretched to TV, where he has played on The Tonight Show, Dallas and The Charlie Brown Special.  "The music just seems to flow out of him, almost unbidden, and Bobby slides, bounces, dips and shoots along with it, but into realms that only Bobby's imagination has gone, regions where no other has traveled, except on Bobby's wings"--anonomous Jazz Critic.

Carrying on the tradition of ground breaking drummers, Aaron "Howie" Robinson has been playing music since he could pick up the sticks.  He's a chameleon behind the set adapting to numerous styles and instrumentation.  Howie started playing out at clubs at a very young age and even taught at his local highschool for the past three years.  His versatility in country, blues, Rock, classical, and Drum Corp makes him as accessible as they come but he sites Jazz and Fusion as his main influences.   Rarely do you find a drummer taking center stage but this one cant sit still, bringing the crowd into every performace as he rides each song to their exciting conclusions.  His ability to hold up a song along with take one by the hand make him a local find.   Artists such as Sting, Vinnie Colaiuta, Max Roach, Billy Cobham, Dennis Chambers and others show his knowledge of this versitile genra.  His brand of high energy jazz blasts him into the 21st century with the leading drummers of our era.  His on stage presence astounds audiences and club owners alike, drawing crowds and staggering minds.  "Its about breaking lines and boundries and giving your all in a good show..."

DOUG EGLING

Pour Stanley urrentine, John Coltrane, Wayne Shorter and Eddie Harris into one skin and the result is Doug Egling.   Doug started his education in the Eastman Prep Dept, and Hochstein School of music.  From there his education at Berkely and through the fusion, funk, jazz music scenes attained him a reputation for excellence.  This all collides in Doug to produce an edgy, energetic, eclectic, hotfunk environment that explodes with passion in a symphony of sound.  "We're looking to continue the push.  Each musician brings a very different approach to the table and together I think we are looking to continue on the imaginary Jazz Boundry that Miles, Zainwul, Hancock and Corea started.  The very nature of Jazz is to rever the passions expressed in the past while creating, exploring, and experimenting with the unfamiliar.  Its not about thinking outside the "box", its about pushing beyond the box.  This is where it gets interesting.  The "box" is no longer the only point of reference.
