Dragon Ball Z is 2nd in the series. This was the biggest success in the Dragon Ball Series. Dragon Ball Z focuses mainly on saving the world from many threats. First they defend against Raditz, 2nd Vegeta and Nappa, 3rd Freeza, 4th the androids and Cell, and finally the most powerful force to come in Dragon Ball Z: Majin Buu. I don't want to go to deep into the story since it is such a good series and I don't want to ruin it. But I do! Hey, this is Gohanjita. I'm going to enlighten you on the world of DBZ, and boy, is it a world! It'll take a lot of writing, so I'll go bit by bit. Remember, there are only FOUR sagas in DBZ(Vegeta, Freeza, Cell, Buu), but I'll just go by the main villain in a certain number of episodes. We begin with the Vegeta Saga, which is headed up by the fight with Raditz. Basicly Raditz kidnaps Gohan, Goku and Piccolo try to stop him, Goku and Raditz die. Raditz has the other two saiyans come to earth, Vegeta and Nappa. They will arrive in 1 year. Goku goes to train with King Kai. It takes him a very long time, but he makes it and learns Kaioken and Genki Dama; two very vital moves. Goku is wished back, and the saiyans arrive. Goku travels Snake Way while Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Chouzu and Piccolo are all killed. Its down to Gohan and Krillin. Nappa is about to kill Gohan, when Goku arrives just in time. Goku then defeats Nappa without Nappa even touching him. Vegeta is stronger than Goku, but Goku can use the Kaioken and power up many times. Goku and Vegeta lock up in a battle of Ki. Goku does a Kaioken x4 Kame hame ha, and Vegeta does a Gallic Ho. Goku wins, and Vegeta comes back and turns into the horrible Oozaru. Goku stuns Vegeta long enough so that he can gather the energy for a Genki Dama. Vegeta fires a Ki blast from his mouth, and Goku loses the Genki Dama. Goku is being crushed, and Gohan and Krillin try and cut Vegeta's tail off. It doesn't work, but Yajirobe comes through and cuts it off. Vegeta goes back to normal, but is weakend heavily. He is still stronger than Gohan and Krillin though, and he beats Gohan, but Gohan keeps coming. Krillin is given whats left of the Genki Dama. Krillin throws the Genki Dama, but misses Vegeta. Gohan bounces the ball back at Vegeta and hits him. Vegeta seems to be destroyed, but he comes back. Gohan has his tail fully back, and looks at Vegeta's artificial moon. He turns Oozaru, and can't control himself. Then Goku telepathically controls Gohan, and Gohan whoops Vegeta. Vegeta cut Gohan's tail off, but Gohan, still Oozaru, fell on top of Vegeta, nearly crushing him to death. Vegeta calls his ship with a remote, and as he's about to leave, Krillin takes Yajirobe's sword and damn near kills him. Goku tells Krillin to let him go, because he has great respect for Vegeta. Vegeta says, "Kakorot, you'll end up regretting this," and leaves to Frieza's base. We begin this saga with Gohan, Goku, and Krillin recovering in the hospital. They want to wish everybody back, but the only dragonballs are on Planet Namek. So they go there, but there was problem. Vegeta was there, not to mention Frieza and his gang. Goku healed himself, with a Senzu bean, and headed to Namek once he got news. |
