When Earth exploded. Piccolo was born in the Dragon balls series. He was originally the offspring of the evil Piccolo Daimaou. His rival became Goku and all he wanted to do was destroy him. Later a greater force arrived, Radditz. Piccolo agreed to help Goku to defeat him. Piccolo ended up blasting his Makkankosappo "Screw Beam of the Devil" right through Radditz and Goku. After seeing Gohan's extreme capabilities, he took him to train. He watched over Gohan and slowly allowed him to become a friend. When Nappa and Vegeta arrive Piccolo takes a blast that was aimed at Gohan ending his own life. This was Piccolo's first act of love. He then trains with King Kai in preperation for the battle with Freeza. Gohan wishes Piccolo back to join the fight. Piccolo runs into Nail and fuses with him. After the Freeza fight Piccolo fights the androids and fuses with Kami. He is now one of the good guys with an attitude, much like Vegeta. He becomes absorbed by Majin Buu. Piccolo dies and ends up in hell. He meets Goku in hell and helps him get out. |
