People who steal!
You know it. It might even be you, not me, but you. People who steal other people's work! Getting permission to use somes' stuff is completely different, but I'll get into that later. I of course make all of my own content. It is just those people who take something and don't ask you or don't give you credit when you tell them it is O.K. to use it if they give you credit. This ends up in lots of websites having the exact same content and turning the DBZ legacy into a laughing stock for all of those all around anime fans who see all sorts of goods sites. Thus, degrading the actual creators of the content. The original creators are ridiculed about having stolen work and not having a good site. The actual content could be great, but since it is all over the place it really downgrades it. Fan work is different. People who purposely make things to be posted all over the Internet I have no problem with. This includes Fan art, fics, editorials, and anything else they would purposely want posted all over the Internet. As I said before, getting permission to use something on your site that is someone else's is completely different. When you have permission from the people who made the content they either want their stuff all over the place or they have some kind condition. For example usually if people let you use things from their site they make you give them credit and a link to their site. Some people might say, "I can't make my own content or I don't feel like making my own". If you can't make your own content I can understand. Although Info is an easy thing to make as long as you have a computer (witch you will have if you are making a site). Multimedia is a toughie though. I had to be very patient and consistent with my efforts to get the right materials. Well if you just don't feel like making your own content that's your problem. If you won't get up off your butt and do some thing you shouldn't be considered worthy of making a DBZ site.
