This is the last, but not least Budoukia. All of the Z fighters meet up at the arena and they all pass the elimination rounds including four-year-old Pan. A few other people make it to the real tournament. Gokou seems to be over excited about this tournament because he says that a really strong person is there to fight. These people happen to be an interesting bunch. First off you have Hoekieha (he is extremely big and has a long braided pony tail). Second you have Captain Chicken (a grown man dressed in a chicken out fit and is supposed to be a super hero). Third is Knocks (tough guy/pretty boy). Next is Otosuki (a man dressed up as a police man). Second last is Hidato (just plain pretty boy). Finally is Ubuu (a ten year old boy). Every one gets ready to pick their number to fight. Gokou asks Mr. Buu to arrange it so that Gokou gets to fight Ubuu. Gokou then explains to everyone that Ubuu is the reincarnation of Buu. When all of the numbers are picked Vegeta nails his opponent for mouthing off. The first fight between Pan and Hoekiha begins. The two of the get into the ring and Pan kicks Hoekiha's but and win the match really fast. Next up are Gokou and Ubuu. They take their fighting stances and Gokou notices that Ubuu is very nervous so he makes up lies about Ubuu's parents to get him mad and make him fight. Gokou's taunting pays off and Ubuu goes all out. He matches Gokou's speed and lands a few good punches on Gokou as well. In the end Ubuu nearly thaws Gokou out of the ring with just his chi. Gokou now tells Ubuu that he was joking about his parents just so he could see his true power. Gokou asks Ubuu if he would like to train under him. Ubuu confused, asks why and Gokou tells him that he is the future protector of Earth. Ubuu agrees to this training and they take off to start their training.
