Pilaf Saga
The first installment in the DB series starts off with a super strong boy named Gokou meeting a girl named Bulma. Bulma tells Gokou what Dragonballs after she discovers that Gokou has one. She tells him that the Dragon who is summoned from all seven Dragonballs grants any one wish you want. Gokou joins Bulma on her journey to find all seven Dragonballs. They meet several friends including, but not limited to Oolong, Yamcha, Master Roshi, Ox King, and Chi Chi. After six of the Dragonballs are collected an elf like creature called Pilaf and his henchman steal the balls so that Pilaf can wish to be ruler of the world. When Pilaf's henchman were stealing the Dragonballs the forgot to take Gokou's four star ball. When everyone catches up to Pilaf's castle Pilaf's henchman eventually get the last ball from Gokou and lock up all of our heroes. Gokou manages to blow a hole in the wall of the prison. Oolong and Puar change into bats and fly out to stop Pilaf' from making his wish to be the ruler of the world. Oolong decides that if he doesn't do something it will all be over. Oolong runs out and asks for a pair of underwear before Pilaf can make his wish. Meanwhile Gokou powers up his Kamehameha all the way and blows out the entire wall of the prison letting him and everyone else escape although Pilaf and his henchman catch them and put them in a stronger cell. While in the cell Gokou tells them that he has never seen a full moon. He tells everybody that a monster comes out a night and it is what killed his Grandpa. Then Gokou looks up into the sky at the moon. Gokou all of a sudden starts to grow and turn into a giant ape. In the process Gokou destroys the cell they are all in as well as the rest of Pilaf's castle. Gokou, not knowing what he is doing starts chasing the rest of his friends. Yamcha remembers that Gokou's tail is his weak spot. Everybody jumps onto Gokou's Tail and grabs tight to stun him. Puar changes into a giant pair of scissors and cuts Gokou's tail off. Gokou shrinks back down to his normal size and falls asleep. In the morning everybody realizes that Gokou was the one who killed his Grandfather. They decide not to tell him and let life go on. When Gokou wakes up he decides to go train with Master Roshi.
