ROTPAC
CHARGED WITH SUPPLYING PUBLIC WITH BOGUS INFO
It has been brought to the
attention of the Twelve Days officials that some wrong information
was given by the rather reputable
Rotpac Running Club concerning the list of songs played
for Twelve Days contest.
This website may have acted with some reckless abandon. Melissa
was enthusiastic when speaking
of the matter at a conference in front of two high profile
Federal Agents. "I applaud
the efforts of the Rotpac organization! I feel with more attention such
as this, my website can become
a major factor in at least ten people's lives a day!
I also suggest that everyone
visit the Rotpac site." When Seamus O’Connell was questioned
he said" I have no comment
at this time, but I will say it was my idea."
The winner
of the contest will be announced before January 3rd 2001.

A
RECOUNT IS CALLED!
That's right everyone! Just
when you thought the recounting business was over...
It's back again! Yes, there
seems to be some discrepancies among the judges of the Twelve Days
contest. "This one here"
Melissa said pointing to an e-mail, "is done correctly. This one is not,
and
this one is only half finished.
So the judges will have to determine the intended message."
Some are complaining that
they typed the the wrong song intending to type JingleBells.
Others are just saying that
the contest was too difficult. Whatever the cause, it is
clear that many people did
want to win a prize. There is even a theory
that some people didn't even
get most of the songs- or even wanted to.
Thanks to all
the people who participated in the contest!

A
BLIZZARD TO BRING IN THE CONTEST
Yes, it was remarkably well
planned. The blizzard hit just as the Twelve Days contest
begain. "I was worried about
getting the timing just right." Admits Melissa.
"This was the first time
I had tried to do something like this.
I had only ordered 5 and
1/2 inches, I'm not sure why exactly we got more." Melissa went
on to explain that she wanted
to get people thinking of snow, which would lead them to the holidays
which she hoped would trigger
memory of the Twelve Days contest.
"Next time I think I may
just get one of those planes that fly around pulling those cute banners
instead.
Thanks to all
the people participating in the contest!

ROTPAC
HAS RUN OFF TO SOMEPLACE NEW!
Well the much beloved R.O.T.P.A.C.
organization has some important news.
They have moved to yet another
new website. Seamus O’Connell was heard to have said something about
"Making the world a safe
place for democracy and the American way." In light of the current presidental
mess "I think a new [web]site
would reestablish the meaning of what it is not to be un-American."Said
O’Connell to a crowd of confused
Gore supporters before security pulled him away. Left on the minds
of Gore supporters was what
he was talking about, and weather he used a double negative.
