| And that isn�t the only problem of Vegeta. There is one Saiyan that he actually hates and yes, that is Goku(KAKAROT). Goku is a thorn in the eye for Vegeta. Why? Because Goku always seems to be a step further than Vegeta is. Can you imagine...., you work really hard for something, worked all your life, already knowing you are an Elite, training and training, your father has been murdered, you really want revenge and you want to show that you are the strongest and suddenly someone is standing there, accomplishing all that, with ease. This is irritating, furiating but luckely for Vegeta, also inspiring. Vegeta trains hard to keep up with Goku, but probably will never succeed. After years of rivalry, Vegeta admits that Goku is a better warrior than him. Though, this does not stop Vegeta from reaching new levels. But he finally spotted his weakness and directly disposed of it. Vegeta is still a prideful Prince, still full of confidence and ambition. But apart from reaching to be the greatest Saiyan Warrior ever, he has a new goal. To protect the Earth alongside with Goku. We first saw this in the Cell Saga. �I�m sorry`, he said to Gohan, the Super Saiyan two, after he failed to stop Cell. Vegeta is the perfect example of changing, but not losing your charachter. Vegeta is still the same, but he now has another pride, Saiyan Hero. If you would tell Vegeta a few years ago that he was a good man, he would probably blasted your head off.
