| Zoigar Height: 55 meters Weight: 48,000 tons Powers: Capable of unleashing a barrage of potent fireballs from the mouth, exhibits kung fu fighting moves, is able to swim in water, incredibly fast in the air, claws, talons, teeth, a high tolerance to pain and super-charged fireballs. History: Custodians of the Darkness the Zoigar are. They were designed to spread darkness in the form of chaos and anarchy. Before the coming of Gatanozoa, the Zoigar would travel around the world, incinerating what life forms they could find. Millions of years ago, it is hypothesized that after Gijera's initial arrival, her pollen would have made the majority of the human race asleep. With no real opposition, the Zoigar had no trouble in wiping out the ancients and prepare for the coming of Gatanozoa. But millions of years later, when the darkness had been eroded away, humanity had returned to becoming the dominant species of the planet. The fighting team known as GUTS and Ultraman Tiga had succeeded in their campaign at defending humanity from whatever threatens their very way of life. But after Gijera's return and defeat, the Zoigar awaken. Awakening from an ancient city, a Zoigar swiftly takes over the skies and reduces Sydney, Australia, to a burning sheet of rubble in a matter of minutes. GUTS attempted to blow Zoigar out of the sky, but the creature was too fast and agile. While production for faster aircrafts went into preparation, GUTS' scientists discovered that the ancient city harbored an even greater Evil. The new aircraft was created and managed to destroy one of Zoigar's wings. Zoigar landed on the ground, angered to see the pilot was still alive, thanks to Ultraman Tiga's intervention. Unable to move to its full capability, Zoigar pulled off his own wing and fought Ultraman Tiga in a vicious battle. But Ultraman Tiga ultimately defeated the Zoigar by taking the creature's supercharged-fireballs and hurling them into Zoigar's mouth, signing the creature's death warrant. Only the victory was short-lived, after finding out that there are entire swarms of Zoigar flying around the world. Militaries all across the world engaged the Zoigar, but even modern-day weaponry failed to stop the flying demons. The Zoigar were laying waste to whatever city was unlucky enough to be caught in their gaze. All the while, the resurrection of the 'Ruler of Darkness' ascended into the world of modern Man. Gatanozoa had awakened from his ancient slumber and a wave of darkness engulfed the planet, blocking out the Sun. The Zoigar viciously guarded their Master, but GUTS managed to defeat the hideous creatures that were specifically placed to defend Gatanozoa. With the other Zoigar swarms around the world flocking towards Gatanozoa, Ultraman Glitter ultimately managed to overcome the Ruler of Darkness and restore peace. (More about Gatanozoa and Ultraman Tiga/Glitter can be explained in their separate statistics page�) Fighting Power: ***** An extent of the devastation just one Zoigar can wrought was proven by the showcase of power inflicted on Sydney, Australia. Just one Zoigar fireball is powerful enough to reduce a huge skyscraper to cinders. The fact that Zoigar is capable of unleashing up to several in a single salvo is scary. Zoigar's flight speed appeared to rival even Melba's, which is quite impressive. The creature is amazingly fast, agile and deadly at the same time. When on the ground, Zoigar fought Ultraman Tiga by deploying its kung fu skills. With razor sharp claws, talons and teeth, it isn't a mystery to figure out that does not make a good combination - for the opponent. Zoigar also has a high-tolerance to pain, as shown when it ripped off its only wing that would've proven useless in physical combat while on the ground. It is strong in its own right, able to withstand powerful attacks and take a beating. It is not known just how strong Zoigar's supercharged fireballs are, but it is safe to say that by judging the power one of his regular fireballs can inflict, then the supercharged are lethal in a scary way. When up against a Zoigar, the opposing side better be packing a lot of firepower and the armor necessary to withstand Zoigar's onslaught of assaults. That is the only change they have.
