| Shamshel Height: 70 meters (estimated) Weight: 45,000 tons (estimated) Powers: Shamshel can deploy energetic tentacles that can dice up its targets or wrap around them, and throw them around like rag dolls. Shamshel is capable of flight. The Angel possesses an AT-Field strong enough to fend off conventional weapons. Shamshel's energy is limitless. History: Three weeks after Sachiel's initial attack, another Angel attacked Tokyo-3. Shamshel met opposition in the form of Evangelion Unit 1. The Angel's energetic tentacles proved effective against the Eva's inexperienced pilot. Amidst the chaos, Unit 1's umbilical capable was disconnected and the Eva had only five minutes left of power. During the conflict, Shamshel's energetic tentacles severely damaged Unit 1's hands. When ordered to retreat, Shinji refused and commanded the Evangelion to rush Shamshel. Shamshel's energetic tentacles stabbed the Eva's abdomen and ripped out the other side. With only a few seconds to spare, Shinji had the Evangelion plunge its progressive blade into Shamshel's core, and eventually killed it. Fighting Power: **** Shamshel's greatest weapon would be its energetic tentacles. These tentacles are strong enough to dice apart a building structure with the utmost ease. They are extremely hot, hot enough to corrode the armor of an Evangelion if given the chance. During its conflict with Eva Unit 1, Shamshel's energetic tentacles pierced Eva Unit 1's abdomen, and out its backside. A true testament of the potency Shamshel wields. The Angel, unlike its predecessor, doesn't seem to possess a strong AT-Field. The AT-Field is strong enough to fend off conventional weapons, but in combat, it wasn't used properly as Sachiel's. Shamshel's strategy consists mainly of being the offender. In order to defeat the Angel, surviving the energetic tentacles would be the best course of action. If close enough, piercing the Angel's core, while difficult, would seal the deal. It just depends if the opponent can survive the whips in the first place. |
