| Obiko Height: 50 meters Weight: 42,000 tons Powers: Flames from mouth, fighting moves and a decent carapace. History: Since ancient times, the dark woods outside of the town Hikono had been haunted by this strange entity. In daylight, the creature disguises himself as an old man who runs a noodle shop. For so long, Obiko had haunted the town in which was once his village ages ago. To the Obiko, the entity felt that if he never would forget the memory of the old village, it would always exist; and if the townspeople would never forget the Obiko, then Obiko would never be forgotten. But when GUTS intervenes, the Obiko's plans are threatened. In the end, not accepting the possibility that life has moved on and the village no longer exist, the Obiko grows into a gigantic monster. Ultraman Tiga saves the day by destroying the apparition once and for all. Fighting Power: *** In the looks department, Obiko would appear threatening and in fact, despite receiving an average rating, the apparition is threatening to a degree. Its fighting moves nearly rival Ultraman Tiga's own. A scrappy fight, Obiko would do whatever it takes to bring his enemy down. If his fighting tactics are unsuccessful and he is far away, the Obiko would deploy its flames from his mouth to reduce his opponents to ash. However, when up against monsters or any opponent who is resistant against fire, Obiko better find a different fighting strategy. Even his fighting moves would fail to bring kaiju above the average rating down. For this, he earns an average rating. |
