| Israphel Height: 70 meters (estimated) Weight: 40,000 tons (estimated) Powers: If sliced in half, Israphel can morph into two separate entities, each possessing an AT-Field and can fire an energy blast from their faces. Either can use a form of levitation much similar to Sachiel's. They have razor-sharp claws, designed to rip an object to shreds. Israphel, when badly damaged, can regenerate any wounds. History: NERV detected Israphel's whereabouts. They dispatched the two Evangelion Units, Unit 1 and 2. While Unit 1 blasted the Angel with its automatic rifle, Unit 2 moved in and sliced Israphel in half with a spear. To humanity's dismay, Israphel morphed into two separate entities. It took only twenty seconds for both Evangelion Units to be defeated. To stop Israphel and its clone from advancing, the United Nations dropped an N2-Mine to postpone its advance. During the trials of a few days, the pilots for Evangelion Unit 1 and 2 underwent severe training. They trained to have their attacks strike at the same time. They only way to defeat Israphel was to hit the cores of both entities at once. When Israphel once again started its advance upon Tokyo-3, Eva Units 1 and 2 were deployed and carried out the mission successfully. The human race breathed a collective sigh of relief. Fighting Power: ***** Israphel's unique abilities earn this Angel an impressive fighting score. Israphel's main advantage is when it is harmed; the Angel can morph into two separate entities, and fight with double the ferocity and power. When engaged in physical combat, Israphel is quite flexible and agile. Israphel's energy blast is lethal in its own right. The Angel's AT-Field, while not quite as powerful as Sachiel's, still served it well. Against a single opponent, it would take a great deal amount of time and precision to hit both of Israphel's cores. It would be best to engage Israphel with backup. Even then, it would require perfect precision to defeat the Angel. |
