| BARUGON |
| Height: 30 meters Length: 80 meters Weight: 25,000 tons Powers: Razor sharp teeth, horns, claws, powerful rainbow ray from his spines, and his tongue can reach out long distances and release a powerful stream of freezing cold temperatures that can freeze objects within seconds. History: On a tropical island, an egg was found in a cave that was discovered by a trio of men went inside, thinking there were treasures there that would make them rich. They find an amber like object and eventually one of the men became a traitor to the group. By setting off dynamite that caved in and left one guy for dead, while the other already killed by a scorpion, the guy soon left the island on a ship with the amber object. Once on board he accidentally leaves the amber object bathed in a focused heep of light, which caused the amber like object to "hatch". Barugon soon was born and grew to monstrous proportions, thanks to the bright lights, destroying the ship. Barugon swam to shore and destroyed most of the city; covering it within a blanket of ice and flames. Soon his devious rainbow blast attracted Gamera and the two titans faced off. Barugon won and left Gamera for dead as a frozen statue. Gamera later un-thawed and returned to face Barugon. Barugon was already injured by the JSDF by the use of artificial rain and having his own rainbow ray reflected back at him. Barugon met his demise when he was dragged to the very bottom of a lake...where he eventually drowned. Power: 5/5 With two attacks capable of winning a fight instantly, Barugon is a serious threat to any who would dare to fight him in a one-on-one confrontation. Able to fire a dazzling rainbow ray that packs a lot of firepower that could be compared with a tiny nuclear explosion. One of the amazing things about the rainbow ray is Barugon can hit opponents from miles away. He can do this because his instincts are advance, a 'danger sense' would alert him of a threatening presence. Not only can the rainbow ray reach a target in a great distance, but the amount of energy it possesses can continue to be poured out for minutes. When the rainbow ray is useless, which it rarely is, then Barugon would result to using his freezing mist. Within seconds, it can turn a kaiju to a frozen statue. But the freezing mist has only a limited range. Barugon's skin is strong enough to even survive his own rainbow ray. But it is possible that his hide can only withstand mystical attacks, which arguably is exactly what his rainbow ray is. Barugon has an un-natural weakness to water. Rain would disable his freezing mist and cause him to go to sleep. If water rushes down his throat, Barugon would drown. Still, Barugon retains a rating that he deserves. |
