| Anguirus is the last member of a race of prehistoric reptile called the Anguirasaurus. Starting out as Godzilla's enemy, he eventually became his best friend and most trusted ally. When they first met, Anguirus was apparently killed but later turned up on Monster Island. During the Kilaak invasion of 1999, Anguirus was on of the seven monster responsible for killing King Ghidorah. |
