Lord God,
You have told me to trust you,
and I do, not because you have said but You have been trustworthy.
i seek you in prayer as you have asked,
But not because you have said but because in seeking you I find joy.
You told me to read the word, and i do
not because you have said but because I know you better threw your word.
You told me to live for you, and I do,
Not because you have said but because life with you is full of hope.
You told me to tell others of your love and I do,
not because you have said but because Your love is so great it shines threw.
