The purpose of this web site is to unite atheist, agnostic, sceptic and freethought groups throughout the world, and to launch a concerted attack on organised religion. You are not being asked to switch allegiance from one group to another, remain loyal, but join us as well. We're based in Sydney, Australia, and whereever you live, we'd love to welcome you as a member of our group.Please don't be influenced by trivialities such as, you don't like our name, or I've used the occasional 'naughty' word, and stuff like that. Right now, the world faces certain destruction, and much of the impetus for that destruction can be sheeted straight back to erroneous religious thinking.
We have no objection to Christians joining this group, although, truth be told, you are part of the problem. But I've spoken to several Christians who can clearly see that religious fundamentalism has put our world in jeopardy, and they are as anxious as I am � and I'm sure, you are � to defeat fundamentalism.
