I would like to say that in;...1 Thessalonians 4:16; Apostle Paul wrote...For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. If you would notice that he is not going to be very quite because he is coming with a shout; also in great power and authority of the archangel; and with more loud noise the trump of God !!! This does not sound like some one coming to steal that which rightfully belongs to him; { the church !!! }
If you would read in Revelations 1:7; it says,...Behold he cometh with clouds and every eye shall see him: and they also which pierced him; and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. This also does not sound like a secret !!!
Most modern day prophets say that only the redeemed children of God shall hear his voice on that day. But let us look at what the scriptures have to say.
In John 5:28; this is what we read,...Marvel not at this: for the hour {singular not hours} is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and come forth; they that have done good unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. This sounds like two groups of people coming out of the graves at the same time { good and evil }; and he said all; that does not leave anyone out he said { ALL } !!!
Here are some scriptures that show when the children of God and the children of the Devil shall be raised, in the Resurrection. In John 6:39-40; we read,...And this is the Fathers will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. In verse { 44 } of the same chapter it says;...No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. In verse { 54 } of the same chapter, Jesus says:...Whosoever eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. I believe that in these verses we can plainly read that God's Holy Children will be raised on the last day !!!
Another account of the time of the Resurrection is the death of Lazarus, Martha's brother. Jesus said unto her in John 11:23;...Thy brother shall rise again. Martha's replied to Jesus in verse { 24 } of the same chapter: I know he shall rise again in the Resurrection at the last day. Martha was not confused she said,
I KNOW----AT THE LAST DAY !!!
The doctrine of a Rapture also teaches that after Jesus takes the church home secretly, that the whole world will be involved in a literal seven year period of tribulation which the world has never known. Also that there will be a great number of sinners who have never repented { been born again }; who will be saved. Just because they refused to recieve a literal mark in their literal hand or forehead, and get their literal head chopped off. Then these unrepented unholy sinners, will be added to the Holy body of Christ, so the say.
After all of this, these prophets that teach a Rapture, say that God will set up a literal kingdom on earth that will last only a thousand years. During which time they say that a great number of literal Jews, and the Holy Children of God returning to earth shall literally rule and rein with Christ, in his literal earthly kingdom; all just like heaven on earth.
All this time during a thousand year earthly kingdom: { containing the Holy Saints of God; and literal Jews and Gentiles, which have never been born again }. The Devil and Satan is to be bound in a pit with no bottom in it, for a thousand years.
At the end of this proclaimed thousand literal years of an earthly kingdom they teach that the Devil will be let loose to make a literal war with God's children. Then Jesus will have to stop this battle and take his bride home to heaven.
Most people do not hear what these False Prophets proclaim. But God's Holy Word says,...He that hath and ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Jesus said in John 18:36;...My kingdom is not of this world. He also said in Luke 17:21;...Behold the Kingdom of God is within you. The book of Romans 14:17; proclaims,... For the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. The Word of God does let us know what his kingdom is and where it is at.
Jesus also said in John 8:32;...And ye shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free.
