Jamaica

Jamaica Is such a beautiful country. I went here in the spring of 1999. This was another mission trip I went on. The team I went with worked with the Caribean Christian Center for the Deaf, (CCCD). Jamaica has the highest deaf rate in the world at 40%. CCCD is an organization with three campuses two in Montigo Bay and another in Kingston. These campuses provide the deaf children with a Christian education. Our team worked in the mountians of Kingston, in the middle of the country. We helped in bulding the Jamaica Deaf Village. This village will one day become a comunity of deaf families. There will be pictrues on the way. Please visit soon.
