They Said What!?
Congratulations Rodney Marsh. Yes ladies and gentlemen, we have a new addition to the gaffes of those with mouths so wide, they swalloed up the world. Following the comments of former ITV pundit Ron Atkinson, we have the ex-sky sports pundit Rodney Marsh. Ah well.
So what's all the fuss?

Well the former Sky pundit was sacked on January 25 2005 for his comments on Monday 23rd Januray on the sky sports phone-in show 'You're On Sky Sports', fronted by Rob McCaffery. Following the Asia tsunami disater, Marsh was reffering Newcastle making "A light hearted football joke". Let me make that clear, that's tsunami not Toon Army Rod. Marsh, apologised on the programme and the "joke" was cut from later tranmissions. As from the Wednesday, Marsh's contract was terminated.

We will miss you Rod - NOT.

Since his determination to slag Rovers off this season and condem us to relegation, I have despised the man. But let's get one thing straight, not just the team, the town in general. "Blackburn is stuck in the seventies, I used to hate going there." Well Rod, there's no doubting then that the seventies was the last time you visted Blackburn, eh? If you ask me, it's sides like Spurs, Villa & Everton that should be given those labels. Still lablled as "big" clubs despite the fact they're not doing much. It seems to me that to be a "big" club today, all you need is a large fanbase. Go on Rod, I will give you some credit, I think it was last week Rodney changed his mind and decided we are going to stay up. He probably watched us once when we were really bad, like the Boro game for example, and based the team soley on that. And you have provided us with some great moments showing us your stupidity, and how many time Jeff has got the best you. Like the magic formula for working out where a team is going to finish in the league, meaning all teams would finish in exactly the same positions the currently occupy!
