| YMCA B 2-15 Talking Heads Pressy Ellis The harsh reality set upon the Bullets in reflection was an unfair one, but thats the harsh realities of football. True enough the Bullets had their fair share of chances, but for some reason - fortunatley everyone is granted an off day. To be fair thats more than can be said for the Bullets keeper who trully did have nightmare, and was embarrassed by more than half that came at him. Peter still out through in injuruy was sticking by the lad, but did say to Talking Heads man Peter, funnily enough, "He's seems to be scared to make a mistake agasinst you guys, he's only conceded three in three previous to this game." The Talking Heads boss himself said to the goalie in question "You pulled off quite a few good saves." In football the mistakes are more easilly remebered than some of the great moments. It was huge misfortune to have played as well as the opposition and come away with such a harsh result. The Bullets could have gone second with a victory as Boca Juniors collect some sunshine in a far away land in an international tournament, and they believed the could mange it with the way Talking Heads were winning by single goal margins, but it just wasnt meant to be. Fortunatley there is a great safety net below us, Last Orders and YMCA A both remain on nil points. Can the Bullets get back in to the groove? Its a tough fixture against Millham next up. |
