Frequently Asked Questions 1. What is Club G? Club G is an elite by-invitation-only membership club where members enjoy huge discounts of up to 70% on skin and body treatments, plus numerous rewards! Members have the privilege of inviting their friends to become Club G members as well. Not only will their friends enjoy Godiva Skin Station's products and facial and body care services, they can also earn generous rewards points which they can collect, save and redeem. 2. What is Club G Referral Program? Club G's Referral Program is a unique feature of Club G wherein members who invite friends to join the club earn Referral Rewards that are convertible to products and services. 3. What do I get for directly referring my friends? When you already have direct referrals, you can earn the following Referral Rewards:
* Referral Rewards can only be used to purchase your choice of Godiva products and services at regular prices. Special doctor's services like Mesotherapy, Botox, and Filler Injections are excluded. As referrals increase, rewards points also increase! Thus, the more friends invited, the more rewards a Club G member reaps! 4. Are the Referral Rewards vouchers convertible to cash? No. Referral rewards are not convertible to cash or credit. 5. How else can I earn rewards? (Effectivity date to be announced.) You may also earn rewards through personal purchases. For every P100 purchase of Godiva product or service, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members get ten (10) points. Purchases made by friends (referrals) can also earn rewards for a Club G member!
* Purchases at Club G promo prices are excluded. 6. Do I get additional discounts by being a member? Yes! Silver members get 5% discount, Gold members get 10% discount, and Platinum members get 20% discount on products and services (excluding doctor's services). 7. How can I redeem my rewards? Once you've accumulated enough points you can simply redeem your rewards for any product or service at the Godiva Skin Station branch where you are a member. You can also redeem your rewards through our extensive rewards product and service catalog. You can redeem points as soon as you receive them, or let your points build up so that you can choose a bigger reward from our range of products and services! Exactly how you enjoy your rewards is up to you. You can also opt to receive gift certificates equivalent to the product or service of your choice which you can give to friends and relatives on special occasions. Remember to use your member's ID when redeeming your rewards or when inviting a friend to qualify for your Referral Rewards. 8. What can I get with my Referral Rewards? Godiva Skin Station realizes that not every member will want the same rewards, so it has decided to offer members with lots of choices – be it a relaxing massage, a much-needed facial or a best-selling Godiva product. The choice is absolutely yours. 9. How can I keep track of the rewards points that I have earned? (Software under construction.) Godiva Skin Station has an online tracking system developed to specifically track your rewards points. You may check your earned rewards points online or you may visit the Godiva Skin Station branch where you are a member. A sales associate will be available to assist you. |
