"Hi! Good day to the people of Godiva! I know I should have shared my great experience since I’ve started using your products.

I have been using Godiva Licorice Whitening Soap, Cream, Lotion and Deodorant. I even ordered the Godiva Green Tea Transparent Soap after using the free sample.

Let’s start with Godiva Licorice Whitening Soap. I stopped buying facial wash after using this soap. It really cleaned up the make-up on my face! If you are new to the Whitening Soap, you’ll notice how ‘squeaky-clean’ your face feels that you’ll start to wonder if your face is going to be dry. That’s what I thought when I first used it. But no! It cleans up your face but won’t dry like some soaps or facial washes do.

After using the sample Godiva Green Tea Transparent Soap, I even started ordering the soap (I love the sweet smell!). And now, I use the Green Tea Soap, followed by the Whitening Soap. Honestly, ever since I used these two soaps, I can see that I don’t have those dry ‘patches’ around my mouth anymore (you see, I have combination skin).

I use the Licorice Whitening Cream on my face. I really like this cream ‘coz the texture is not too creamy, so I don’t feel ‘oily’ after I apply my foundation and make-up soon after. More and more people have told me that my face is so much fairer! I used to be a huge fan of sun tanning, but have stopped like early last year and have retained my fair skin. People were saying ‘Oh good…you’ve stayed away from the sun, you’re not dark anymore’. But ever since I used Godiva products, people are like ‘Ah! You are so, so much fairer now!’ So many people have been telling me that!

I know that this might sound like an ad, but once I went to the mailbox (I just washed my face with Licorice Whitening Soap and applied the Licorice Whitening Cream, without make-up), I was told by a man that my skin just looked ‘different…fair…radiant’. I don’t know if it was a pick-up line though.

I introduced my sister and friend to Godiva and they tried several products, including the Underarm Whitening Set. And they loved it!

I then decided to order Godiva Fruit Acid Revitalizing Complex. So now, everytime I have pimples, I would immediately apply the Fruit Acid cream, followed by the Licorice Whitening Cream after the pimples have cleared up. Actually, using the Licorice Whitening Cream alone helps to lighten my blemishes, but with the Fruit Acid Cream, it helps speed up the process!

Recently, I had this huge pimple that left me with this really unsightly dark scar (I’ve never had such a scar from pimples). I did the same steps, and the next day, I noticed that the scar was almost gone! I never expected that such a bad scar would lighten up that fast!

Lastly, the Licorice Whitening Lotion is so creamy and smells good! It really moisturizes my skin and leaves it so smooth. Love it!

I really wanna let everyone know how good Godiva products are from my honest opinion. But if you are still skeptical to try the products, fine. You can just try the Licorice Whitening Soap first, ‘cause I’ll bet you’ll come back again to try the others.

Now let me share this tip: I’m sure those who are using the soaps know that the soap melts easily. So why not once you open a new bar of Godiva soap, you cut it into half? Keep the other half in its original packet. Like this, even if it melts, you won’t melt the whole bar.

Before I go, I wanna thank the people from Godiva for coming up with such wonderful products. I am positive that I will keep on using Godiva for the long term, especially now that I’ve noticed that my mum, aunties and grandma have problems with melasma, so I know I have huge potential of developing them as I get older.
