"I stumbled on your website and read up all the testimonies on your site.  However, have also come across many whitening products on other websites, but after careful thoughts, I decided to try your products which is mainly licorice plant extract.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your quick response to my questions.  Secondly, thank you for your efficient and speedy service to get the products delivered to my door step within 3 days.  And thirdly, last but not least, I purchased Licorice Whitening Soap, Fruit Acid Complex, Licorice Whitening Cream and Anti-Blemish Cream.  I followed your regimen daily, now I have noticed a fairer complexion and some of the dark spots on the face is getting lighter in colour after using your cream for 1 week.  Wow, I am glad I have purchased your products and happy with the results.  Indeed, the cream is so smooth and fragrance free, and is so easy to apply, it makes my skin feels great.  This morning, my hubby tried on your whitening soap, and he likes it too.  He finds his face cleaner and clearer.  Thank you for your wonderful products."

Choose Right, Use LicoWhite!

Not all skin whitening products are equal. In fact, some skin whitening products can be dangerous to one’s health!

Most skin whitening products available in the market use hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is considered to be one of the most effective inhibitors of melanin formation.

However, many countries have banned the use of hydroquinone due to adverse side effects:

“Harmful secondary effects have been shown to arise following prolonged use of hydroquinone as skin-lightening cream.” – The Commission of the European Communities (Twenty-Fourth Commission Directive 2000/6/EC)

Some of the possible undesirable effects of hydroquinone include: contact dermatitis (skin inflammation due to an irritating substance) and exogenous ochronosis (a skin disorder characterized by progressive darkening of the area where the cream containing hydroquinone is applied).

Hydroquinone is also found to have mutagenic properties (i.e. it has been reported to stimulate mutations in Salmonella), thus it had been banned as a depigmenting agent in Europe.1

Worse, some skin whitening products have been found to contain mercury, an extremely toxic substance that can cause damage to the brain, nervous system, and kidneys, as well as skin rashes, irritation, and other changes to the skin.2

Therefore, in choosing a skin-whitening product, be sure to choose only the BEST and the SAFEST.
Use Godiva LicoWhite Skin Brightening Cream!

Godiva LicoWhite Skin Brightening Cream contains glabridin, a licorice compound clinically proven to be beneficial to the skin because it has anti-inflammatory and skin whitening properties. In fact, several studies have shown that:

glabridin inhibits the activity of tyrosinase (a key enzyme in the formation of melanin) and prevents skin inflammation due to UVB exposure3

there is noticeable skin lightening in as early as 7 days (among the majority of subjects in clinical trials of licorice)4

What’s more, Godiva LicoWhite Skin Brightening Cream is now enriched with Vitamin C to boost brightening action and fight wrinkles and skin damage caused by free radicals.
