Synopsis: After 10 long years of Batman taking time off, he returns to Gotham City to find it in ruins. The Joker, Scarecrow, Zsasz, Two-Face and Black Mask have created an alliance, and are now trying to take control of the big buisnesses and the political sides of Gotham, as well as controlling the streets. The five working together have managed to elect Roman Sionis (Black Mask) into office, and he uses the others as pawns in his game. Batman must rise above these major issues, and bring down the group, but he is unsure if he will be able to without any help.
