Spiralina Smoothie
Serves 2
This smoothie makes a great breakfast. I like it quite thick but you can add more
juice or water if you like. You can get Spiralina powder from your local health
food shop.
½ cup orange juice (or other fruit juice)
2 kiwifruit
2 pears, pealed and chopped (or other fruit such as apples and oranges)
3 teaspoons Spiralina powder
2 bananas
Place fruit juice, kiwifruit, pears, spiralina power and bananas in food processor
and blend until smooth.
Serve chilled.
