Peanut Muffins 1 egg Put the egg, milk, vanilla essence, peanut butter, honey and roasted peanuts into a bown and mix to combine. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl and fold together until the flour is just moistened. Do not overmix. Spoon the mixture into 12 well greased muffin pans and bake at 190°C for 20 to 25 minutes until the muffins spring back when pressed.
