PAB Loaf 75g oil based margarine Melt margarine in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Lightly beat eggs. Mash avocado and peanut butter together. Add eggs, avocado and peanut butter mixture, bacon, soy milk, salt, mixed herbs and pepper stirring to combine. Sift flour and baking powder into saucepan mixing just to combine. Pour mixture into a well-greased 22cm loaf tin. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until loaf springs back when lightly touched. Leave in tin for 5 minutes before turning on to a cooling rack.
