Daddy's Mince and Pasta Muffins 1 cup rice flour Sift the rice flour, flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Chop the pasta pieces in half and mix the tomato paste in with the mince and pasta. In another bowl, beat the egg and soy milk together. Mix in the margarine. Pour in the liquid ingredients and mince and pasta and fold together until the flour is just moistened. Do not overmix. Spoon the mixture into 12 well greased muffin pans and bake at 210°C for about 15 minutes until the muffins spring back when pressed.
