The pictuer used is from The Tilley House: Allan Ryder of Bonavista designed and built the three-storeyed, pine and hemlock Tilley House between 1858 and 1860 for use as a retail outlet. He built the store for the first merchant planters in Bird Island Cove (Elliston), Robert Tilley and his son Arthur. Check out the Newfoundland & Labrador's Registered Heritage Structures website to learn more on this beautiful, historical house. The Tilley House has no relation to this site Tilley's House.
