| Choclate Fudge Cake in a Jar 2 1/4 C Flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp salt 2/3 cup butter or margerine 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 4 oz unsweetened melted chocolate cooled 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cup of water 6-8 wide mouth pint jars Ceram together butter, sugar, chocolate,eggs, and vanilla. Add dry mix ture and 1 1/4 up of water to the mixture and combine well. Spray wide mouth pint jars ( make sure these are clean ) with cooking spray and fill 1/2 half way from the top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes untill a toothpick inserted in come out clean. Remove one at a tmie from the over and screw on sterilzed canning lids lids quikly. Allow to cool untill , you should here these popas they seal. These can be stored in a ool dark place for up to 2 years. Butter |
