Geogia Tech - Quincy Carter came from  Atlanta's Southwest DeKalb High School only to play baseball for the Chicago Cubs never enrolling in school. Carter then got permission to play college ball from the cubs. Asking  the steering committee to release him of the letter he had sighned with TECH. (BIG CONTROVERSY) Parade named Carter All-American
University of Georgia -  In 1998(?) Carter starting playing for the BULLDOGS.
