Teams:
Pool A - GOA Reds, Toronto F.H.C., Quebec Juniors, Kanata

Games will be played at Centennial College, West Humber College and UFT Downtown campus. It is a round robin format with the top two teams in each division advancing to the semi-finals. The format is the same for both, the men and the women. Semi-final matches will commence on Sunday at 11:30am with the finals being held at 3:00pm for the women and 4:00pm for the men.
