The G.O.A. Reds field hockey club, has been a part of the Toronto field
hockey scene for close to 25 years. We are a community club that
represents the Goan Overseas Association (G.O.A.). Originally starting out strictly as a men's team, the club has now expanded and consists of 3 teams: a Men's team, a Junior team (co-ed), and the recently developed Women's team. We regularly compete in local tournaments and international tournaments all over the world, as well as our local leagues. Our devotion to the game of hockey has us playing all year round, both indoor and outdoor. In order to stay as a competitive team, we practice on a weekly basis during the heart of the indoor and outdoor seasons, and have regular training sessions between seasons. The G.O.A. Reds have numerous players representing the Junior, Senior and Women's Canadian National teams, along with the Ontario provincial teams. See the Results section for more
