The Department of Transportation sweeping revision of the Drug and Alcohol Testing
Federal Regulations (Parts 40 & 382) are now law. All motor carriers operating in
interstate commerce have critical new responsibilities for implementing and
monitoring their drug and alcohol testing programs!

Ensure your company is in compliance with the Department of Transportation newest
complex Drug & Alcohol Testing regulations. Our program includes training in critical
issues affecting public safety, employee privacy rights, recordkeeping, collection, administration, and company policies. Upon completition of this course you will have all
the training you need to meet, and exceed, the Department of Transportation
requirements for 60 (sixty) minutes of mandatory reasonable suspicion training on
alcohol misuse and 60 (sixty) minutes of mandatory reasonable suspicion training on controlled substance use for anyone with driver supervision responsibilities.

The Department of Transportations latest regulations specifically require ALL PERSONS designated to supervise drivers to receive 60 minutes of mandatory training on
alcohol misuse and 60 minutes on controlled substances use. You will get that training
and more through our self study course for managers. After completion of our study
course you will exceed all the requirements under Part 40 and Part 382 and with our
training videos you can train your own employees at your location.
