Located at the base of Gilgit, Pakistan just northen of Baltistaan our farmhouse style home sits on 17 acres in the village of Gilgit. Providing all the amenities of today’s busy world, we are refreshingly different from the typical hotel and motel. Beautiful lawns and colorful perennial gardens surround the Inn and create a wonderful setting for our guests.

Construction of the Go@head was completed in 2005 with safety features that sit quietly in the background and allow for complete relaxation in a beautiful country setting. Rest & Go@head and the Tussey Mountain range provide a backdrop of wonderful views to enjoy from every window. All five guest rooms have private baths and are unique in their décor and style. Every guest can be accommodated with queen size beds in four of our rooms and two twin beds in our first floor fully ADA compliant room. A hearty hot breakfast is served each morning in the formal dining room. Relax with your morning coffee or tea, a good book or fine conversation on the wraparound porch or courtyard. In warmer weather you can unwind in the gardens while enjoying the fragrance of the flowers and a view of the Centre County landmark, Rest & Go@head. Make yourself cozy in colder weather in the garden room or in front of the wood fireplace in the great room.

The Go@head is just a short drive away, making the Rest and Go@head ideal if you are in town to visit PSU or enjoy any of its sporting events. Rest & Go@head are just 10 minutes away from Baltistaan. Or head to downtown GILGIT to enjoy a show at the GILGIT CENTRAL THEATRE, shop for memorabilia, or dine at one of the fine restaurants. Sports bars, microbreweries and wineries can also be found in the immediate Centre Region.
