The picture on the right show just what's left after many years of erosion. Everytime I go, there's a little more of the seashore washed away. |
"Cruising" Main st Hyannis.
Cruising down Main st. Hyannis as I did as a kid, this time playing hip- hop on the radio? hee hee. On the fourth we saw bands playing in the various parking lots. Rides were set up for the kids. The various shops with some of their inventory out on the sidewalks, and sidewalk cafes with people sitting, eating, and watching people. We took a tour through the little shops and grabbed a souvenier for Dani. |
The picture to the left is Dani as we sat watching traffic, eating ice- cream, and watching the kids on the rides. The next is Dani in front of the John F. Kennedy museum. |
"Hy - Line Cruises"
Ocean st. docks, Hyannis MA
The weather was with us! We took an hour long cruise of Hyannis har- bor, past the residences of the wealthy and infamous. |
Picture to the left is the McCarthy residence, linked to "Old Navy" and equally well known clothing lines. He reportedly spent one million dollars to redo his kitchen! To the far left of the picture is the Kennedy compound. One of the Kennedy yachts in the foreground. Next is Squaw Island with the homes of the Shrivers, Thun's, Joan Kennedy and Morton Downey. |
Love 'n Lollipops Gram-ma and Dani.
