| 1. | Paint the
copper side of copper clad board with enamel paint ( normal glossy type
wooden paint). Draw the schematic on the copper side and scratch the paint
to create tracks.
Drilling can be done before or after etching. Advantage of this type of etching method is less consumption of etching chemical, faster process and thicker tracks.

| 2. | PCB after
etching - The copper exposed is dissolved by the etching acid (ferric
chloride). Sorry for the poor quality of pictures as i had used webcam to take photos.
