| 10/6/03 Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee withersoever thou goest. No matter where the storm of life takes us God wants us to trust him. He wants us to believe that he can pull us through. Are you trusting God? No matter where we go God is with us. He said he would never leave us nor forsake us. Friends God can't lie. He said it it is true!! |
| 10/3/03 John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing I was watering the plants in my window at work yeasterday, when I noticed that I had let them wilt, because I had not watered them like I should have. Christians are much like plants and the bible our water, with out it we can't grow. We need to be watered by the word daily. Acts 17:11 These were more noble than those in thessalonica, in that they recieved the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, wheter those things were so. We too need to be wise ready to recieve the Holy scriptures. Search them daily and watch yourself grow! |

| 10/2/03 Psalms 18:24 For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness. Psalms 21:4 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strenght of my life; of who shall I be afraid? John 14:16 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me. Yeasterday I heard one of my favortie songs: "Go Light Your World", It wasn't until yeasterday That I sall how great a meaning this song holds. My friends we are living in a very dark and evil minded world. But if we have accepted Jesus we are children of the light--we have a light that when we tell others about Jesu (our light of our salvation), we can light up this world one soul at a time. What will you do today? When was the last time you helped light up this old dark world? Go ahead tell someone how much Jesus loves them, it will add an extra spark to your life as well!! |
