Weightlifting for Stebbins Football 2001 season is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with 2 sessions. Morning session is 9:00 a.m. and the evening session begins at 5:00 p.m. You can come to either session.
The things that help you to grow: Plenty of rest. at least 8 hours a day. Proper nutrition: Eat plenty of protein, at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. You can only process 40 grams of protein at any one serving so eat several times a day. Take in a good calorie intake to add fuel for your body to produce energy. This also includes a moderate amount of fat. Remember your metabolism is very high, and you burn alot of calories in your aerobic workouts. Meaning running and jumping drills. Also pound the weights.
