Once a decision is reached he acts quickly and effectively. Oft times with devastating result. He seems to be the opposite of his childe, Castillo Gianni-Rhumer of Baltimore, though those who get to know him find him as personable as she, though a little stiff. Elios recently arrived in Gainesville, FL where he is being instrumental in the spear-heading of the retaking of the city from the Sabbat, helping to organize the remaining members of the Camarilla of that Domain into a solidified force.
