Animalism
As written except posession, which lasts until you go to sleep for the day.

Auspex
No willpower retest to pierce Obfuscate. 
When using telepathy, you must expend a mental trait and you
may announce yourself with two words.  This must all be done before a chop is thrown.  The defending player may decide to relent after you announce yourself.  Please be good players with this as tricking someone can happen and we ask that OOC and IC do not get purposely confused.  Otherwise as is written in Laws of the Night. 
Any other Auspex power may be used normally while in Astral form, but you must manifest when using any other discipline. 
The planes do not cross over (umbra, astral, shadowlands).  Example:  while in Astral you are not affected by Majesty unless you manifest.

Celerity
As written in Laws of the Night.  Most other disciplines can only be used during the everyman action.  The bomb may be declared for guns or throwing weapons, ties are not (there is an elder power for this).

Dementation
You cannot spent a willpower in place of throwing a chop when being affected by voice of madness.
Those with Total Insanity, please make a derangement deck.  The only derangements available for the TI are the ones directly out of Laws of the Night.  Spending a willpower to suppress a derangement from TI only lasts for 10 minutes per willpower spent per derangement.

Dominate
Can be used in combat.  You must make eye contact by making a social challenge prior to making the dominate challange.  No self destructive commands may be made (no sleep in combat). 

Fortitude
Endurance allows you to ignore bashing after incapacitated is reached, thus no torpor. 
Resilience and Resistance are as written, and may only be used to test one damage down per single attack.
Any blood spent to raise physical traits may be used as stamina related traits for the purposes of testing down damage.

Necromancy and Thaumaturgy
Rituals can only be cast on the caster unless specifically written otherwise.
Rituals than are not expended or that have a written duration, last until sunup.
Mroe coming when we run into something that needs clarification for our game. 
Magic can get pretty wiggy, so please be responsible and grab an ST if you have any questions.  Do not assume that we would agree with you on the way magic should work.

Obfuscate
No willpower retest to remain hidden from those looking for you with Auspex.
Any power that does not require sound on direct contact may be used from Unseen Presence.

Potence
May only be used offensively unless being grappled.
You may declare to hit for distance rather than damage.  How far they go depends on your level on Potence.  Basic= 3 steps, Intermediate= 6 steps, Advanced= 9 steps.  St decides where they go.
Once might is used, the only retests after that are special retests:  shroud, overbid, Oracular Ability.  No ability retest after might.

Presence
Awe and Majesty both meet the requirements for Summon.
Awe may not be uesd in Summons challanges.
Once you attack a subject in combat you may not attempt to Entrance or use Majesty on them for the rest of the scene. 
If someone breaks your Majesty, it does not affect them for the rest of the scene.

Protean
Shapeshifting happens as an end of round action that must be declared at the beginning of the round you wish to change forms.
Mist form is not soluble.  You may not go into water, earth, etc.

Quietus
You may put up to three traits (total) of blood on a weapon for Baals Caress or Scorpions Touch.
Dagons Call may be used only until sunup.

Chimestry, Melpominee, Obeah, Obtenebration, Serpentus, Thanatosis, Vicissitude
See an ST if you have any of these powers.

Combo Powers
Combo powers are found in several different books.  Any combo from a clanbook is available to you with ST permission if your PC is of that clan.  You may not learn combo powers cross clan unless specified under that power.  Those combos from other books are available with ST permission only, though we will most likely say NO!
