Combat
The ST running a scene has final say.  If you have any arguments, be civil and courteous.  Neither the ST's or the players enjoy red-lines, so please do not make us red-line any scene, especially in combat.

No running, only 3 steps per action (some forms allow more steps).

At the beginning of each round, all blood and willpower will be spent.  The only exceptions are to remain standing while at incapacitated or for Aegis.

Actions:
Normal: Everyone goes on this action.  A majority of disciplines can only be used during this turn.  The person with the highest amount of Celerity goes first, then default to number of physical traits.
Order of challenges therein is as folows, Mentals, Socials, Physicals
Swiftness:  Those with swiftness may take an additional action.
Legerity:  Those with legerity may take an additional action.
Two Gun Action:  Those using an off hand attack may take an additional attack.  Attacking all that is allowed during this action.
Other Special Actions:  Additional actions (such as Black Met) occur here.  As with two gun, only an attack is allowed.
End of Round Actions:  End of round actions take place here.  Vanish, transformations, etc.

To feed in combat, you must first grapple your target.  Once a grapple is established, you may then declare (during the blood and willpower round) your intent to feed.  The turn you feed, you may take only a basic normal action.  Your bite deals no damage (dispite flaws) and you take three traits of blood on your action.  If low on blood, frenzy chops may be needed.  Vampires do not suffer from the kiss when drinking from them during combat. You may not take more then three traits with celerity actions.

Once combat starts, fair escape is only allowed if the ST running the scene allows it.

You may not carry people in combat.  This encompasses carring an ally to get away, declaring fair escape, as well as using an ally or enemy as a weapon. You laugh, but we would'nt put it here if it hasn't happened.
