| In light of the amount of visitors that we have been experiencing as of late, I would like to remind all Kindred of the correct policies regarding visiting another Domain. First and foremost, proper protocol dictates that unless one has sufficient standing, one is to go through the correct Primogen, who would then refer said visitor to the Harpy. At this point, a letter of introduction or something of the sort should be sent to the Harpy so matters of prestation may be taken care of before a visitor arrives in the Domain. Doing this at the last minute can show a lack of respect for the Officers of the Domain you are visiting, but last minute travel plans are a reality. Just be sure to make every precaution to not have this happen. If the traveling Kindred has sufficient standing in the Camarilla, he or she may be able to contact the Seneshal or Prince directly. At this point, said Officers would then direct the traveller to the Harpy and the above would then take place. As for Hospitality, it was ruled at the Springfield Conclave that Hospitality can only be granted. I quote: "In order to gain Hospitality within a Domain, one must present themselves to the Prince, or in the Prince's absence the Seneschal, in person. Modern communications conveniences and powers of the blood are not allower to work as intermediaries in this." Keep this in mind. The Primogen, Seneschal, or Prince may keep the Scourge off your back, but it is in your best interest to arrive at Salon or Elysium and speak with the Prince or Seneschal as soon as possible to formally be granted Hospitality for the evening. I am sure this is information that many of you are already aware of. However, knowledge is power and ignorance for the rules is never an excuse, especially in the Camarilla. If any in the Domain wish to become more knowledgeable of the Camarilla and it's Laws and Edicts, I am readily available to sit and speak with them, all you need do is ask.
