GARDENS AT THE RESERVE

For Garden Gnomes, numerous gardens are located on the grounds.  We strive to as closely simulate our Gnome natural environment as possible, without arousing the suspicion of unknowing passers-by in the Urban environment.  Although we live in the city at HUGRS, many of us find it therapeutic and spiritually healing to remain connected to our food sources by gardening. Others of us simply feel the most comfortable and at home when we willing choose to engage in our own subsistence agricultural activities. This year, we are growing the following Garden Crops: *Tomatos               *Peppers *Eggplants             *Pole Beans *Peas                     *Radishes *Lettuce                *Carrots *Spinach               *Strawberries *Rhubarb              *Garlic Chives

LIVESTOCK AT THE RESERVE

We are pleased to have welcomed into our home a Human-sized Chicken, her three Chicks, and a Gnome-sized Cow! All of the animals are carefully tended by our own hands, and are a joy to co-habitate with on the Reserve.
